Coaching Ethos
At the heart of BCHANG Coaching and Consulting LLC lies a commitment to alignment and integrity. I believe fitness is only about 20% of the outcome. The other 80% is lifestyle and how you eat, sleep, recover, manage stress, and show up daily. That’s why my coaching integrates high-level personal training rooted in biomechanics and progression with lifestyle consulting, client education, and real connection. I don’t just train bodies, I help clients understand what their body actually needs and restructure their lifestyle so the training works. The goal is to stop simply “going to the gym” and start seeing real change. When lifestyle and training are aligned, progress becomes inevitable.

Britney is a very effective and efficient trainer. She gets the job done. She listens to my desired goals and organizes the best routines for me to achieve those goals.
